I've also spent more than five years leading a franchise business, so I understand the opportunities and challenges that come with growing a network from both the franchisor and franchisee perspective.
What I enjoy most is helping people solve problems, think differently and move forward with confidence.
Sometimes that means asking difficult questions. Sometimes it means sharing experience. Sometimes it simply means being a trusted sounding board.
